We booked a couple rooms at Pagoda hotel. The room had a package of going to a mini zoo as part of the deal. It was a really cool add on experience. We will try the snow ❄️ park next time. Our room also had audio visual equipment which is the projector 📽️ and screen in the photos you see. The hotel is super clean, the staff so friendly and it’s in a convenient location. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and after dinner eats. Which were all super delicious. On top of there are so many food options around you. And you are walking distance to a mall with even more options. The 14th floor has a gym, laundry services,and 24 hour arcade plus self services nail. We are already looking to book again with them!!!

Location is good. 10-15 min taxi ride from Coastal city which is amazing for shopping and food. Subway line and hospital at walking distance. Room was nice and big with basic amenities provided. The bed was big and great mattress. However, the carpet had several stains. Breakfast was really nice and the staff were all so friendly. They made our stay comfortable and we enjoyed being there.

Overall very good. The room just didn't have much of a view. Everything else is fine. clean. The cleaners are very polite. Stayed again the next day and it was cleaned every day. It's just that the breakfast is not that rich. But the environment is very good. The service desk was very polite. This is a computer system that is not that advanced and has not been updated. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Nanshan Ancient City. There are many small restaurants along the way where you can eat.

I came to study temporarily and chose a hotel nearby. At that time, I only noticed that it was ”Homelike”, and I found out that it was ”Homelike Featured” when I checked in. It takes about 10-15min for me and my family to get there on foot. The location is good especially you are surrounded by nice food! There's a night food street a few minutes walk away from the hotel to satisfy our cravings for Chinese food which starts at 4pm and ends at 11pm. The staffs in the hotel are very nice and approachable. We got a day of free breakfast instead of the welcome drink stated on the booking site. I like how the room is designed, simple, clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the welcome card and drinks prepared by the cleaning staff, she cleaned the room everyday for the room that I stayed. The staff also react quick in changing the room that we stayed as there's cigarette smell in the room due to faulty in the ventilation. The plus point of the room is we don't need the adapter for the plug, there's USB port in the room! Eventhough the hotel is beside the road, but it's very quiet. Overall, the stay in the hotel is superb and I would love to stay in this hotel again the next time!

The stay was wonderful - not only were the staff wonderful, the lady who checked us in even offered us one more complementary breakfast because there were two of us. Even though the hotel seems a little further away from the city centre, it’s only around 5-8 minutes away from the metro station, so it’s very accessible and convenient. The room was also massive - it completely exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, size, and available space. You can link your phone to the gigantic TV and watch movies, and most of all, the bed + pillows were very comfortable. The bed was cushiony and soft but still really supportive. Had a wonderful trip. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the area. Very very good value for money.

It is the cheapest deal in Shenzhen and don’t wait too much from this place, you won’t find cheaper than this with amenities and air conditioner and a normal toilet :) be ready to lift your huge luggage by yourself, because it’s located on the 4th floor. The guy on reception is kind and friendly, he helped us with everything we needed. The location is not so bad, but if you’re not Chinese, it would be difficult to find not Chinese cafes nearby. It’s not so far from the subway station, that’s very convenient. Enjoy!
