Service was very good but unfortunately the room space/configuration and cleanliness was a bit disappointing. Checked-in late in the evening but my room just got cleaned-up and my room door was grand opened when I arrived in the floor and the room totally wet as just washed with large amount of water… not a single dry spot in the rim to drop my luggage and actually walking-in in such condition made the room very dirty. Also the room is extremely small with almost no space to open luggage and very tight space between the bed and the walls. Also the room didn’t have a single table expect the amenity table which already packed with boiler cups and other thing so no space to put any thing else and no chair or desk to sit and work inside the room

the hotel has good service, good hygiene, and big restaurant (for breakfast). the room hygiene is good although the layout is not the best. you can rest very comfortably inside the room. the location is at city shenzhen so it is fairly easy to grab a bike or taxi in this area to nearby malls. i would recommend the hotel.

When making your booking here, just stick to the standard rooms, the more premium selections don’t bring a whole lot new to the table. The rooms are very modern with all the essential charging ports conveniently located. The bathroom is huge and tub is deep; they could include bath salts in the executive room. Avoid making the booking with the “afternoon tea set” selection was very limited to the point that nobody went. I would rather have a fruit platter sent to my room. The location itself is close to Nanshan station, where the area is more residential than commercial. However taking 1-2 stations along lines 11 or 12 should solve your problems.

And this is why chain are with us forever, no matter wot da hipsters say. I arrived at nearly dawn due to delayed flight, so I was exhausted and bad tempered. The Holiday Inn experience is highly standardized, which meant I kinda knew what to expect as I stumbled out of the taxi half comotozed. The check inn process, room decor, pillows (extras in my case) etc. all made a BIG difference to for the few hours I stayed there. Big Up to the corporate boys on this one!

Booked business room with bigger space, but ended up getting the normal room, requested to check and being told they only have standard one size room, but why trip. Com is giving option with different price for different room size while they only have one standard room size? Quite disspointed stay as the room is pretty small, but location wise is near to the mrt.

The room is very nice and clean, the facilities are very new, the bathroom has a strong flow of water, the male and female front desks are friendly, the female front desk is cute, the south front desk is also handsome, very close to the subway station, laundry is easy, cleaning is also very good, breakfast selection is average , but the quality and taste are good. The price-performance ratio is good. The room is very clean and tidy, and there is no odor. It is very quiet in the Minsheng District. The only drawback is that I don’t know why the shampoo is very irritating to the skin. I recommend changing to a different shampoo. Everything else is very good. This hotel is at an excellent location, right opposite to Exit A of Daxin Metro Station on Line 1, very convenient.When I checked in, it was fast whereas, the receptionist cannot speak or understand English at all. So if you are non Chinese, please be aware! Next to the hotel are Shaanxi restaurant (the food is authentic), Chinese noodle restaurant and (24 hours) Kentucky Fried Chicken and opposite to the hotel, there is a Macdonald's. There is a convenience store by the side of the hotel. I stayed in Room 8318, the room is clean and very bright, with lots of light bulbs. The bed is comfortable. In the shower, it has very strong water flow. The hotel provides shower gel and shampoo. At the basin, it does not provide hand soap. The shower door cannot be closed properly, after shower half of the bathroom floor is wet. Also the bathroom door cannot be closed too. The hotel faces the main road, therefore, it is good that it is with double glazed windows, or else it will be too noisy at night. Inside the room, the walls are paper thin, when someone opens or closes their room door, it causes a nuisance. The cleaning ladies are responsible and helpful. The receptionist are very helpful and welcoming, I had a nice stay in the hotel. Will consider coming back to this hotel in the future.
