Lovely hotel close by to all the amenities in town. We had the Sunday sleepover deal and the room was exceptional. Joss on reception was great and nothing was too much trouble plus she was really helpful with directions and information. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful and freshly cooked. All in all a great stay and we are planning a longer trip next time to make use of the spa!

Gorgeous location, beautiful grounds and rooms. Arrived and parked in the hotel car park to the rear which enabled me to enter through the rear of the site where I was welcomed by stunning well tended gardens. The arrival was smooth, friendly and efficient. I was in orchids room on the top floor. Decorated in keeping with the style of property. Tea / coffee and biscuits provided. Lovely touch with the sloe gin in the room. Love the old car out the front of the property. This was a flying business visit so I did not get to enjoy the spa facilities, I did enjoy a game of pool, despite losing. Tiny tip from me - I like to sleep with the windows open and cars noise echos as they pass. If you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest asking for a room towards the rear. Great little base to explore, pretty village.

Stayed one night in this lovely hotel. With a friend as visiting Pack Monday fayre in the town. We were allocated one of the garden rooms "Mint". The room was in the garden, had everything you needed including a private outdoor space with seating and a fire pit, logs included. Lovely decor and furnishings. Tea, coffee, milk etc included, plus some lovely Sloe gin we sipped whilst sat alfresco. Spotlessly clean. Staff helpful and friendly and a good quality breakfast. If I came again, I would book a treatment in the spa. Thank you Eastbury. Thought your hotel one of the best I've stayed in Would definately recommend one of the garden rooms.

My partner and I stayed at the eastbury for one night last weekend I booked it as a birthday surprise. We absolutely loved it. A warm welcoming, intimate,charming place where the staff couldn’t do enough for us. My partner received a wonderful full body massage from Vicky who was professional friendly and very competent. And Elle was friendly and really helpful with all of our questions and queries. So we wanted to say a huge thank you to all the team and will be returning to this fantastic hotel spa again.

An historic house with attractive and tasteful decor . Well maintained and clean. All the staff were delightful and helpful. A very well cooked and tasty breakfast in charming surroundings . Very well positioned for central Sherborne, with a choice of restaurants - just disappointing that The Eastbury doesn’t offer dinner . The car park was a bonus . The only difficulty for us was being in a room on the second floor, with no lift. The attic bedroom had low beams and eaves.

We had our wedding afternoon tea (17 people) in the pool room overlooking the lovely garden last month and we all enjoyed the couple of hours spent at the hotel. The food and drinks were lovely, allergies and preferences had been respected, staff was attentive, and the table was beautifully displayed for us. Thank you for looking after us, would definitely recommend.

Superb reception, accommodation, breakfast and overall service and all within throwing distance of super Sherburne. One wonders how well we might have dined had dinner been available, happily we were directed to a fine watery in the town The only problem was that our stay was too short.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Sherborne everything is in easy reach. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Everything you could need was provided- water in the room, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Fabulous breakfast- a good range of food available- the sausage in particular was very tasty! My one small gripe was that there was no staff after 9.00 pm. Always worry that I’m going to be locked out of the hotel or my room- this didn’t happen.
