NIce clean hotel in the city downtown, reasonable price, friendly staff. Well, it seems that foreigners are not welcome to Shijiazhuang at all since foreigners are danger, probably all having COVID-19 regardless theis travel history. It could be nice if the body responsible for preparation of questionnaire for foreigners hire somebody who can prepare correct questionnaire form in English. Or maybe my English is poor...Well, question 1. Where did the stone come from: ...2. Reasons for coming to stone: ...It sounds as Mars exploration, or?

The location is very good, you can see the night view of Jiazhuang. The facilities and sanitation are good. It is currently the first choice in Shijiazhuang. Thank you very much for Dandan’s attentive service and this rare warm moment during the business trip.

Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

First of all, the room service is worthy of recognition. When I entered the room, I found that the quilt cover was stained. I called and quickly came up to change it. The PA sister was very polite and enthusiastic. She was well trained and in line with the old five-star hotel. Thumbs up! Secondly, the welcome snack arrangement was also quite surprising, but it was not very friendly to the weight-loss guests when it was delivered at night. Two options can be provided. Let's talk about the suggestions for improvement: 1. When booking, I left a message for a family of three. The reservation department did not inform the customer service to prepare supplies for three people in the room after the room was allocated. It was not delivered until I called the store; 2. There is no socket at the head of the bed, the USB charging head is dirty, and the double-sided tape has fallen off. Most mobile phones are no longer charging cables with this interface and cannot be used! In order to charge, I can only sit at the desk. It is recommended to replace the C-port charging socket; 3. The air conditioner in the room cannot be turned off. This may be a problem of hardware selection during decoration, but if it cannot be turned off, a comfortable room temperature should be guaranteed. I turned the air volume to the minimum and the temperature to the lowest. It was dry and uncomfortable all night, and the buzzing sound was constant during operation, affecting sleep. As a hotelier who has worked in the industry for many years, I still hope that your hotel will get better and better. By the way, the front desk service needs to be improved. It is mediocre, not enthusiastic, and has no relevant warm reminders. It is not up to standard!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at World Trade Plaza. It’s neat and centrally located. Met my expectations in every way. The check-in process went very smoothly and Sunny (the receptionist) was very kind and spoke English. All in all a great experience and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a nice stay.
