挺乾淨、整潔的酒店，上個月因為有重要的事情需要處理，所以來石家莊待了幾天，當時還在飛機上，我就開始看酒店了，看這家酒店離我辦事的地方不算太遠，值得一提的是前台服務人員的態度非常友好、熱情。

環境設施都不錯畢竟是新開的，服務比較死板，攜程會員有免費升級房型服務，並出示了攜程級別和權益，濟南CBD店一模一樣直接給升級，前台説和他們不是一個系統再確認下，後來也不了了之，車牌號第一次也沒輸入耽誤出場，奔着全季、新開，説很多權益必須是華住的會員攜程不行，弄了半天浪費了時間也沒解決反饋。店和店還是有區別，
