我定的是舒適大床房，前台給我開的是一個情侶房，我也是開門進去後才發現的，反饋了之後説可以換，然後我拿着一堆行李，又去樓下找前台換，總之很累，體驗感比較差。進新的房間後發現洗手枱上面還有頭髮，衞生間地下還有牙膏蓋沒有清掃，（當時太累了沒拍照片但確實是這樣的），也懶得再換房間了。
