房間不乾淨，被子和枕頭上都有臟東西，房間還有蚊子，吹風機也不行，一會能用，一會兒不行，找前台借用一下吹風機也不肯借用，房間什麼都要掏錢，裡邊連個香皂和一次性頭套都沒有，而且一次性馬桶套，一次性浴巾也要掏錢 ，房間礦泉水都要掏錢，122訂的特惠房間，有貴，想吃個早餐，還得再掏10塊錢，不給錢不給吃，正常酒店人誰家礦泉水掏錢，弄得這手段前台還免費送你一瓶礦泉水，服務態度不行就算了，還好評給你3元錢 ，這好評給刷的真免費，我哪怕不要這3塊錢都一顆星都不想給，想錢想瘋了的一家酒店，不推薦入住。

酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店雖在火車站附近但一點也感覺不到嘈雜。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔。前台貼心的給升級了商務的房型，房間設施很齊全，下次還會選擇s。

房間隔音差了些，凌晨1點多説話聲把我驚醒，房間地上有沒掃乾淨的毛髮，床品尚可！使用了就放在廁所的一次性浴巾和馬桶墊，收費15元，如果有入住的朋友一定看清楚，別和我一樣想當然是免費的了

位置還不錯，離火車站大概一公里，地方好找，在主幹道上，房間能看到石家莊站，到灣裏步行街也不遠。享受了攜程延遲退房，總之挺好，衹是交按金有點不適合新時代趨勢了
