第一次去石家莊，首先我們去了前台辦理入住，本來2點就可以辦理，我們5點去的，在前台等了30分鐘，服務人員一直給別人辦，然後也不理我們倆，另外一家是結婚的訂房多，一直在退房。最後説還沒有清理出來，你等一下，我們已經5點去了又等了將近40分鐘，還帶着一個5個月寶寶，讓繼續等。最後我老公生氣了説：沒清理出來是你們的事，我們帶着小寶寶，等你了40分鐘。後來她説：給你升級行政房。好傢伙立馬有房了，晚上入住，悶熱悶熱根本睡不着，寶寶臉上出了一臉疹子，開空調是自然風，説還沒有供應冷風，給找了一個風扇。第二天果斷退房，太差了特別前台服務人員，覺得自己很牛，一副我們家不缺客人，愛咋咋的感覺，差評。
安保部一個姓孟的小夥子和他同事非常不錯，幫我們推了一個行李架，看我們帶了兩個寶寶，態度很好，對這樣的員工公司應該獎勵。
前台真不適合，應該好好培訓培訓
