此酒店進去給人的第一感覺就是比較温馨，酒店的環境也比較好，裝修的富麗堂皇，接待abby服務特別熱心有禮貌，進入到房間很乾凈，整齊，房間也裝修的比較有情調，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺，整體很不錯，

首先配置和外形都是標準的洲際城市酒店的標配，整體裝修還是不錯的，雖然年頭有點長，但一進門的小儲物間還是很喜歡，不會在房間看到行李擺的亂七八糟 特別好。大床房的床很大，目測2.2米左右親子游完全住得下兩大兩小。游泳池較小但水質不錯，因為外包所以偶遇很多小朋友在上游泳課。房間面積空間很喜人，做了升級的觀景房，對面的高爾夫球場景色以及電視塔夜景很nice。房間配有膠囊咖啡機早上一杯黑咖啡贊。特別感謝管家張玉細緻周到的服務，進門歡迎水果（品質和重量都很好），需要的東西（純凈水，一次性用品等）也很快送到，空調有問題及時安排換房並在我沒法回酒店情況下幫我直接搬好行李，特別貼心，需要延遲退房服務也能滿足，整體體驗感很不錯。前台整體中規中矩，沒有管家熱情。如果下次去還會選擇富力洲際。
地理位置特別好，隔壁就是萬達步行街連接火車頭步行街，逛到晚點11點都沒問題。吃喝買東西很方便。去哪打車也很方便，都不遠。還有共享電動車隨便走起。喜歡逛公園對面就是世紀公園。隔壁還有鄧倫開的火社火鍋，喜歡的可以去打個卡。裝修不錯，但味道適合不太能吃辣又想吃辣火鍋的小夥伴。
説説有幾點小建議：1.寫字椅床底座破舊，已反映，回覆正在一批批更換。2.電視機出現自動關機重啟很多次並且遙空板經常按鍵沒反應，建議定期檢查或更換電池。電視台較少。
3.抽紙建議放在寫字枱上，另外建議在衞生間洗漱台上麪放一個抽紙。
4.一次性拖鞋質量比較差，底子薄，防滑一般。
5.沒有準備游泳時候穿的塑料拖鞋。
6.吹風機插座外面建議貼個提示標簽，我沒找到拿出去吹完放回來才發現小隔擋裏面有個小插座。
作為洲際的老粉，祝願它越來越好。

很中規中矩的一家酒店 可能是開業時間長了吧 房間設施有些老舊 這也是老牌星級酒店的普遍現象 客服小張服務很好 有提前聯繫確認到店時間及需求 安排的很好 入住過程中有些小問題也及時幫助解決了 性價比還是可以的 此次入住體驗很滿意😀👍

第一次入住這個酒店，前台Jerry楊經理接待的，印象深刻，房間安排送了水果，酒店在裕華萬達旁邊，大晚上旁邊也很熱鬧。
