I have stayed in this hotel multiple times, it is nice and clean. As none Chinese expect long list of questions such as “what is your reception unit” which I have no idea to this day what they meant, from a non English speaker receptionist. They will also ask to provide a Chinese’s friend contact number which other hotels don’t ask. One more thing, they may charge you a deposit which many hotels in China do, but this hotel charged me a deposit higher than what trip.com informed me during the booking.

It was refurbished from existing building, out from the town area and tourists attraction places. Long travelling time from one location to another to be taken into consideration. Staff are nice and friendly

I am very happy to find such a hotel. Although the hotel is a bit old, the service facilities in all aspects are relatively complete. The waiters are responsive to requests. The equipment is a bit old, but they are all good brands. It is very close to Longquan Ancient Town. It is very close to the museum.

It is a well-established four-star hotel in Shijiazhuang. It has a superior location, spacious rooms, clean and sanitary, and warm service! The key is that the room rate did not increase much during the May Day holiday, which is absolutely worth the money! Next time I go to Guojizhuang, Yanshan Hotel must be my first choice!

I am very satisfied with the hotel I chose for this trip. It is located in the center of Shijiazhuang, opposite the Vientiane City, and is very prosperous. The hotel has its own parking lot in the backyard, and there are charging piles, which is very convenient. The room is relatively large, and the extra large 2.4 meters is made of two beds, but the middle is well handled, with no gaps, which is very good. The bathtub is very comfortable. The head called me twice to confirm before checking in, which was very responsible. He also thoughtfully prepared children's toothbrushes and slippers for children. The children liked it very much. Dinner was eaten at the hotel. There was a group purchase on Dianping. The price was very suitable and the taste was very delicious.

Very cost-effective, spacious room, two beds can be put together, complete facilities. It has its own parking lot, convenient parking. Across the road is the Vientiane Tiancheng, which is very convenient for eating, shopping, and watching movies. The front desk lady is professional and gentle. I have already written it down in my little notebook, and I will choose this place next time.

High-end and low-priced, first-class breakfast, I will choose here again.

Very good, I don't know why the price is so cheap during the May Day holiday, I found a bargain, there was welcome fruit when I checked in, I left early in the morning, and they helped me prepare breakfast to take away, it's very close to the train station in 10 minutes

The waiter first gave me a room without ventilation windows, and then changed it to one with ventilation windows. The hygiene of the room needs to be improved.

I took my family to the city for a trip on May Day and chose the nearest one. I didn't expect the service here to be so considerate. Although there was a little episode in the middle, I didn't expect the room manager to handle it warmly after knowing it. Thank you. As a person living near Shijiazhuang, I must stay here next time. The hotel staff had a very good service attitude. My family member was feeling unwell and had a fever, so I called the front desk to add a bed and quilt. The front desk staff also asked the restaurant to boil some brown sugar ginger water and send it to the room. Thanks again to all the staff.
