房間整潔，房間配備了一次性浴缸套還有馬桶墊很貼心，不小心劃了手客房服務人員很快就拿來了創可貼，晚上還送了水果挺人性化的，還會選擇這家酒店

酒店位置不錯，去哪裡都挺方便的，在住客人免費停車挺好的，走的時候讓前台錄一下車牌號就不用付停車費了，酒店雖然有些年頭但勝在乾淨整潔，工作人員們服務態度都很好

酒店整體環境還是不錯的，距離商業區和博物館都可以。前台服務可以，客房服務點贊會送個果盤和酸奶，房間有下午茶去體驗了一下雖然簡單但是也還行。餐飲需要改進的地方還有很多，我們早餐應該是九點十分進的，明檔還可以，水果區我轉過去沒有水果居然（不知道是不是走錯區域），自助餐區域島台設計個人覺得還是有問題的，動線不好。9點30服務員準時開始收餐，也不會問你需不需要再加餐，涼菜熱菜菜品口味需要有很大改進，尤其涼菜。服務員收餐的時候所有的器皿都是往小推車裡扔，離我們餐位又很近，這點根本沒有意識，滿大廳就聽見聽令哐啷的聲音感覺非常差，不知道老闆看到或者聽到會不會心疼自己的財產，非常影響就餐心情。然後我們都還沒吃完服務員居然開始掃地了，而且就在我旁邊是不想讓我吃了還是怎麼呢？總體對於酒店的服務我覺得需要認真的去整改，對於每位客人的住宿體驗也好，還是用餐體驗也好。

入住時前台有其他客人正在辦理，略微等待了一下，前台服務人員貼心的遞給了一杯加冰的酸梅湯，給我辦理入住時也非常的麻利，入住後房間還提前準備了歡迎水果和飲品，樓上有健身房洗衣房，一樓還有個燒烤花園我們去吃了味道還不錯，這邊相對來説還可以
