我是酒店的常客，經常入樓9樓，樓層管家高志平服務態度特別好，房間乾淨整潔。微笑面對客人，而且很熱心。還為我推薦了行政吧，洗衣閣。知道我愛喝茶，多送了兩瓶水，還補充了茶具。還主動為我準備了洗衣液，服務意識很強。這是一家有温度的酒店。以後還會光顧。
