Everywhere you go there are famous people’s calligraphy and paintings. It’s very unique and awesome👍🏻

Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.

Most mobile phones are no longer charging cables with this interface and cannot be used! In order to charge, I can only sit at the desk. It is recommended to replace the C-port charging socket; 3. The air conditioner in the room cannot be turned off. This may be a problem of hardware selection during decoration, but if it cannot be turned off, a comfortable room temperature should be guaranteed. I turned the air volume to the minimum and the temperature to the lowest. It was dry and uncomfortable all night, and the buzzing sound was constant during operation, affecting sleep. This time I came to Shijiazhuang for business trip. I was very satisfied with this stay. There was a very thin boy with glasses and a thin girl at the front desk. The service attitude was really good. They also helped me and my boyfriend carry luggage because it was raining. We have a lot of luggage. They saw through the glass in the lobby and they hurried over to help with umbrellas and things. They really felt that the service was more enthusiastic than staying in a five-star hotel. NIce clean hotel in the city downtown, reasonable price, friendly staff. Well, it seems that foreigners are not welcome to Shijiazhuang at all since foreigners are danger, probably all having COVID-19 regardless theis travel history. It could be nice if the body responsible for preparation of questionnaire for foreigners hire somebody who can prepare correct questionnaire form in English. Fortunately, the two ladies at the front desk were patient and helpful and professional, allowing us to check in smoothly. From front parking, elevator management, free drinks in the corridor to room bedding, bathroom towel hooks and toiletries, every detail of the hotel is convenient and comfortable. The richness of the breakfast is particularly satisfying. Located in the business center, the hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. Opposite is Hebo, four large restaurants and cafes, laundry, parking lot downstairs, and the front door guidance and services are in order. I highly recommend the fresh food shop run by the building. You must buy bread, sandwiches and deli every time you stay at the hotel. Many thanks to Jin Li, the floor manager on the 11th floor, for being warm and considerate and solving the guests' needs in a timely manner. In short, it is our only choice to stay in Hebei International Building when visiting Shijiazhuang.
