The overall service is still very good, and the service staff is quite patient, but I personally feel that the housekeeper or house manager did something wrong. Because the hotel's sound insulation is relatively poor, I couldn't sleep, which may have caused a lot of trouble to the hotel staff. But it is true that the house manager was knocking on my door at 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. Well, communicate with me and I will report this issue of relatively loud noise. An accident doesn't mean anything, but it makes my stay experience feel great. Not very good. Park your car in the underground parking lot. You need to take three elevators to reach the 31st floor for check-in. In other words, it can be said that there are many twists and turns.

Smooth check-in, asked a lot of unnecessary questions thorough. The non-smoking room was small, old, but clean so very suitable for the price. Breakfast had many Chinese options with a few western style options. Overall a good first experience.

I am Never Disappointed with Favourite Hotel in Shijiazhuang let me express my thanks and gratitude to the Staff for allowing me to get My Room 10am in the morning after I reach the hotel 2 hours before check in time as always room was very Fresh and all areas of this hotel was easily accessible. As a Foreign Business Visitor I can always rely on all my request made before hand so once again Thanks for having me and I Will hopefully be staying again in 2 weeks 👍

A good value for money option in the heart of Shijiazhuang. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier on my part. Absolutely loved the view from the 17th floor over the provincial museum and downtown. The breakfast was a little lacking e.g. no fresh orange juice and what looked to be leftovers from the previous night’s dinner. I imagine this hotel was awarded its 5 stars a few years back but today I’d say it only really deserves 4, despite this, still an overall good choice.
