Located in the heart of the market area. The rooms are nicely decorated with clean toilets. Well maintained dining room serves vert tasty food as well. Humble staff services. Only draw back is too noisy surrounding and advantage is market👍

Hotel Is right in the centre of city. It is on the third floor of a Mall though it has its own separate entrance. The AC was not working and we had to change the rooms . The breakfast is standard . Had gone there as tourist so used it mostly as B & B .

Hotel location is good as it is in the center of Shillong city, you will get cabs easily to anywhere, convenient for marketing...Hotel staffs are polite..Receptionist (Sadhna Koch) is well spoken and very polite.. In short good experience.

Pls stay away from this hotel..must be the most terrible hotel ..we booked 4 rooms...on checking in we found out that all 4 rooms had such bad smell that it was not possible to stay there besides all the staff were so badly behaved that govt should take necessary steps and close this hotel. In short avoid this hotel even for free

The hotel is a waste of infrastructure and very unprofessional Employee, service does happens in all kind of hotels but here it's a tradition in the hotel. There response, service false information is high. Moral of the story change your dates but do throw your hard earned money here while at your vacation.

The excellent stay ever!! I had booked through online!!!Check in was so smooth, Specially the front office executive Ms. Nahar was so co-opervice, the room service quality was also over the mark!!! The cleaning and the quality of foods was also excellent!!!Highly recommended!!! Willing to visit again...
