Food was very good too, under the captaincy of Chef Rajeev Ranjan Kumar, supported by hostesses Ms. Phibikordor, Kelly, Jyoti, Holyland, Maori, Rahul and all others. The rooms are clean, but could have been a bit more spacious, especially for triple occupancy. We felt a bit cramped in. Overall, it was a good, warm memorable experience. Very near to Police Bazar for all kind of local shopping, specially for handicrafts and winter wear."

Situated right in the heart of Shillong, it is within walking distance of shopping streets, local markets, salons, cafés, small malls, and spas. Everything I needed was conveniently nearby, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes. It was one of the highlights of my stay, and I looked forward to it every morning. What truly made the experience memorable was the hospitality. Every member of the staff I interacted with was warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. The overall ambience of the hotel strikes a nice balance between modern comfort and the charm of Shillong. The only downside was the room rate, which was quite steep during the period I visited. However, considering the excellent service, prime location, quality facilities, and overall experience, I felt it was worth the price. Overall, I had an amazing stay at Vivanta Meghalaya and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shillong, whether for business or leisure.
