Sterling resort chail is an amazing place with extreme hospitality. Vishal ji is extremely gud for excursions trekking etc. restaurant food and service by Mr. ***oj and staff is unforgettable. Its a must visit place. Staff Surelha and Sanjeev are excellent efficient front office staff. The housekeeping and the restaurant staff is very helpful efficient and hospitable. Kudos to this resort. This resort competes with chail palace resort👌🏽💪🏻✔️

We went trekking with Vishal who is really an amazing guide and individual. With a smile on his face and patience, he led us through the trek route in a wonderful way! Throughout the journey he explained everything and told some interesting stories about trees.

Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff are friendly. Food at the restaurant was decent. Special mention to Mr Vishal for organising the village tour and forest trek, which were off beat and enriching experiences. Location of the resort is kind of remote, with no other activities around. Construction nearby causes some disturbance. Due to the remote location, you are left at the mercy of the resort staff to book your transportation to and from the resort (no other public transport options available), and the rates are exorbitant. It is advisable to use your own vehicle or get transport arranged personally by some known contacts.

Sterling Shivalik Chail is a very well maintained property, comfortable rooms offering pristine views. Restaurant food was fresh and delicious. Friendly staff who are always willing to help, true to Himachali spirit. Special shout out to Mr Vishal for organising the village tour and forest trek, which was completely off beat and enriching experience. Definitely visiting again :)

Nice and quiet place to stay. Valley view from the room was amazing. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff is very courteous. We enjoy the activities .thanks to vishal the activity coach,who taught me to play table tennis. Hospitality is amazing.
