Since the property is on hill station it is set floor-wise. Ground floor is reception, restaurant and spa are on underground floors. All good and properly ventilated. View is beautiful. Staff was supportive. MANISHA and RASHI (among the staff) were nice hosts. They even taught me a few steps of Nati dance (of Himachal) after their performance on 24 August night. TARUN has been great host during dining, suggesting the best possible dishes for us to try. We tried sepu vadi traditional curry of himachal and loved it. Staff was really good and welcoming, Ajay, Risheb and everyone. Overall 9/10 experience."

"We stayed at Hotel Willow Banks for 3 nights and honestly, the biggest win is the location — right on Mall Road. You can just step out and you’re in the middle of everything, yet the hotel itself feels peaceful once you’re inside. Our room was spacious with a lovely valley view — waking up to that was a highlight of the trip. The room had all the essentials and was quite comfortable, especially with the heaters working well in the cold weather. We tried breakfast as well as dinner at Eighteen71 and everything was fresh and well prepared. What stood out most was the staff — very warm, polite, and always ready to help, whether it was arranging a porter from the lift or guiding us for local sightseeing. Overall, a great mix of location, comfort, and hospitality. Would definitely stay here again when in Shimla."

The food was simply outstanding, especially the local Himachali dishes, which were among the best we had during our visit to Shimla. The biggest highlight of our stay was the General Manager, Mr. Gyaru Thakur. He is truly the heart of this beautiful property. Down-to-earth, humble, approachable, and incredibly caring, he personally made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. He took the time to ensure our children were comfortable and enjoying themselves. Our kids are usually shy and don’t warm up to people easily, but they instantly connected with him and had a wonderful time. The resort itself is beautiful, surrounded by stunning scenery, with clean and well-maintained grounds, spacious and comfortable rooms, and very cozy beds. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. Combined with the pleasant weather, it made for a truly relaxing holiday. What impressed us the most was that, despite travelling with two very picky kids, we didn’t have a single complaint during our entire stay. That speaks volumes about the dedication and professionalism of the entire team. A big thank you to Mr. Gyaru Thakur and every member of the Regenta Resort, Mashobra team for making our vacation so memorable. We genuinely loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Shimla. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay with outstanding hospitality."
