"1. Do not expect courtesy from staff as they are trained by management to just treat guests in the worst possible way. 2. Welcome drinks are disgusting no taste no presentation, moreover fruits in the rooms are not at all eatable. Reaching the place like Shimla where u can get the best of any fruits but u cant expect that from this hotel. 3. No service tried calling for towels the phone number was busy for 2 hours that too in the morning when it is required the most. 4. Yeah hotels do have rules but no one follows them especially the parking any one can exit from the entry gate and any one can enter from exit gate. Do take care of your vehicle if u r driving by yourself they dont have Vella. 5. Peak season but still down sized staff no one can reach on time for help in your room as neither plumbing nor electrical things work in the room. 6. Its a maze where one can get lost coz of no proper signs for rooms or either of other amenities especially if one is using elevators(tiny elevators fits 2-3 person max. most of the time you will be waiting better to take stairs). 7.We ordered breakfast it was cold as if they cant prepare fresh but yeah they do use microwave pretty well. 8.There was one good thing which helped me to clear my mind of not coming here ever in my life again that was there General Manager."

Moreover, they have added some other persons bill to our food and drinks bill. Also they don't give priority to in house guests for restaurants. They are world class cheaters. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Moreover for basic things, we have to beg the staff and staff is very rude and never cares about guests. Two persons sitting at reception area are highly arrogant and terrible human beings. Please don't visit this hotel if you are looking for a good stay for your hard earned money"

Location, rooms, food and above all services of the staff is impeccable.. room service is top notch and value for money, the staff is very caring and professional as well. Another unique experience we had while staying at this hotel was the taxi service. The hotel had recommended their travel partner and we got all transport services from them. Pranav is polite, courteous and very professional. Once you are with him, it’s sure that you are in safe hands. Kudos to the entire team!"
