My partner and I had a great stay at Snow Valley. Even though we had booked a standard room, they helped us to upgrade to a higher room without any hassle. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The food was great too. The AC in the rooms could use an improvement but overall it was a pleasant stay. I would like to give a shoutout to Mridula Sharma who was kind and helpful throughout the stay.

Good location, good responsive service staff, excellent breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, clean bed sheets, excellent view. Good value for money. Expected to visit again and recommend to try the property.

Amazing hotel to stay for family, the staff was very courteous especially karthik who has taken care from end to end and was very helpful in local sightseeing places, airport transfers he was great in suggesting...a great place to stay in shimla

Nice place to stay, staffs are really good in communication, food also very yummy ***y verities of food in buffet. It was a nice experience , looking forward to stay when we come to Shimla in future, overall it was good mainly the view from the hotel.

Great place to stay while at shimla. Extremely friendly staff hare you won't be disappointed with the service hare. The sunrise view from the bedroom amazing. Perfect hotel with ample parking space, great service and staff is very humle Specially mention to Mr. Kartik & virender they guide us very well
