Good food cooperative staff with amazing service. We were recommended by chef Sunny. The venue made my day the surprise party in my wife's birthday. Cooperative staff. Specially the ***ager belongs from upper shimla chaupal.

The Hotel is outstanding, staff absolutely customer friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very comfortable and the restaurant is excellent. Varied cuisine and delicious. Guests are welcomed with refreshing juice and the ladies with traditional scarves, the gentlemen with traditional caps.

It was really nice being here at Orchid Hotel Shimla. It was our 30th anniversary and the experience was really nice. The food and rooms are quite good. The staffs (Nikita, Pritika, Akash, Vaibhav and Neetika) are supportive as well. In the beginning we were not comfortable in the room given due to health conditions and we asked to change the room. The staffs were really supportive and they changed our room. They also celebrated our 30th anniversary and given as a surprise. Thank you orchid hotel. It was really nice staying here and special thanks to Nikita and Pritika. With hearty Ra-Dha-Sva-Aa-Mi Sanjay Kumar Satsangi Delhi

Nice location. Very good hospitality, clean room, deliceous food very quick response from the staffs. Very well behaved staff, someone will love to visit again. Worth mentioning the name of few staff whose hospitality and behaviours are remarkable especially Pritika, Nitika, Vaibhav, front office staff .

Good hotel with very polite and supportive staff. The ambience and the hotel view was very good. The food is also good at the restaurant. Overall a very pleasant experience and nice stay in Shimla. Worth the value. They have roof top restaurant which is also very good.
