Stayed here for 2 nights after a strenuous trek. Had a pleasant stay. Need to reach by climbing stairs for 5 min. Golu and sourabh helped us with luggage during check-in and check-out. Ordered breakfast lunch and dinner, food was decent. The price was high as it was peak summer season and shimla was highly crowded.

The hotel didn’t look like the pictures...very basic rooms but the location is good. Right on the Mall Road. However there are better hotels on the Mall Road. This one definitely not recommended

Most unhygienic and unsafe properties where kitchen is adjacent to the room without ventilation. I could not stay. Had to check out on 13th only. No refund initiated and mm t support was rubbish

We had to climb up 135 stairs to reach the hotel. I booked the hotel seeing the images of the hotel but when i saw the room i was disgusted. The room was not even 80 sq feet. It was so tiny that there was non space to unpack. It was so hot and there was only one wall mount fan in the room, when i informed the hotel manager about my concern that i payed for this room.

The room was awesome. Spacious and clean and cozy and the view from room balcony is just wow. Even while on bed you can enjoy the spectacular view of shimla mountains. One thing is if you have luggage call manager before and they will arrange staff to get your luggage from parking pr main road as there are steps to get to this property. The staff is great.

Very conjusted very dirty no reality those seen in their pictures, in pictures this hotel shows very cool and fantastic but in reality nothing is there very poor i have no satisfied with this hotel because pictures and hotels ways and in reality are opposite.

1) staff is really supportive and they know the value of hospitality 2) rooms & bath are clean and well maintained 3) best value for money for a hotel near mall road (considering lift which is 5 mins walk) 4) deed ess does not fall on the main road but staff is humble to meet you if you have difficulty finding the hotel
