Hotel too far from shimla railway station. No cab & other transport facility available to reach hotel. You can go to hotel by walk only, there is no other way to reach hotel. The only good thing happen is that the staff were good & cooperative. Also to tell that the hotel is no near to mall road. We were very upset to know this. Our overall experience is ok ok. Not so good as we expected.

Location is given as 400 mtrs from mall road but it looks like 40 km due no way of our vehicle to reach hotel. We were upset due to this. Food was good amenities and other services were good. Overall it's a good experience but not what we expected

There was no welcome drink as promised. The room service was very bad. They mentioned that eating anything over 45 minutes before entering the rooms was not allowed, and the rooms were smaller than depicted in the pictures.
