The Chalets Naldehra

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. Family chalet was very comfortable and ours was next to the forest. Great view and very peaceful. Indian food is particularly good at their restaurant.

Nice environment and greenery

It's a beautiful property n every nook is full of natural beauty and greenery. Service is awesome n the staff very courteous. Breakfast was very nice. However, some items in menu re quite average for the price. Overall, awesome experience. Would love to be back again !

The chalets naldhera is a mesmerizing place amid-st the beauty of nature. Very well constructed wooden cottages, beautiful parks and open spaces. The food quality is good. The service is excellent. Would highly recommend

First impression went bad. They didn't serve any welcome drink to us. This is the basic etiquette. I personally called them before my stay to have chalet with private lawn. But they gave me some apartment kind of chalet and when i insisted them they gave a stupid reason that it's not available as they have more check in than check out. I was like more check in?where they gonna stay then? in lawn?then somehow i set my mind "ok np i will stay in this one only" then the disturbing thing was there were no toiletries at all in the bathroom. Moreover we were 4 people and there were 2 towels only. No slippers. Hand towel was dirty. Chalet was dirty. I had to call them for everything that please bring us this this and this. I was so upset that i paid them so much for this kind of ***agement? i mean this is the very basic thing that every resort should maintain before taking the check innit took me three hours to finally sit peacefully in the chalet. For three hours i was calling them and making all thing right like mopping, toiletries, towels. Property is definitely beautiful. But we pay for the hospitality and when that will be missing then what's the purpose of paying them so much? it might be good for people who have visited such resorts for the first time but as i am frequent traveller and visited ***y luxurious resorts so it was not a pleasant experience for me as i was able to pinpoint them for ***y things. I hope they will improve after seeing my review

Good clean rooms quality food though expensive excellent greenery good staff good view rooms nice and quiet

The location was awesome and the landscaping is so very beautiful. You can capture different scenery from each corner of the property.
