Preferred location, no carriage. Clean rooms and tasty meals.

Location is good near to mall road. Room service was good. Food quality was excellent. Staff were co operative. Overall it's nice to stay.

The food items are too much over priced and quantity is also very less. The menu price is like a five star hotel. Quantity and quality is like a 1 star.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel fell short of expectations. The overall rating would be a mere 2 stars. The cleanliness of the blankets and pillow covers left much to be desired, and the absence of bathroom kits was disappointing. Additionally, the room size was incredibly small, making for a cramped experience. Improvement in these areas would greatly enhance the comfort and satisfaction of future guests

Hotel is located in great location. Rooms are very nice and view from hotel was excellent. Room service prompt. Food quality very nice. Staffs were cooperative.

The hotel is very good for stay and it would be memorable for the excellent service the staff and the front desk would offer. The room prices are reasonable, i would say very competitive also, for the service and amenities they offer. The hotel reminds you of the excellent amenities the real three star hotels of a decade or two ago would offer, with large rooms and all functioning amenities like daily housekeeping. However the flip side is that there is no wifi in the rooms, nor is there good mobile signal, making it quite difficult to enjoy your work sitting in bed and relaxing. However the lobby and restaurant offer wifi which is quite good, you can get your urgent work done from here. We found the restaurant quite expensive and relied on going out for food, there are good dhabas near bus stand. The hotel deserves a perfect 5 rating, if these two things are addressed. The location is ideal for tourists who want to explore the heart of shimla.

Location is not bad, but the hotel condition and amenities are very bad. Actually it's not a hotel it is a lodge room condition are very poor. Besic amenities are missing like complimentary tea kit and cattle are not provided, exhaust fan is not provided in bathroom, toilet paper not there, complimentary water bottle not provided. Basically this hotel is provided lodge rooms and charge per night. It's a bad. When you need to book this hotel don't go for this option. Not appropriate for family of newly married couples. One thin i need to say that staffs are very polite and helpful.

Blankets was stinky, we asked for new one but the blanket they provided was stinky again and they replied they do have all same, secondly, the breakfast was included in our booking and we asked for room service for that but they refused to serve us, even though i offered an extra cost for room service. They really need to workout on their customer services they are provided to their customers.
