Lack of hospitality: the hotel staff behaves as if they are living in 2004. They lack hospitality and hygiene. The staff doesn't know how to behave with guests staying in the hotel. The only good thing about this hotel in the location. It's just at the mall road. Otherwise, nothing good. All the staff, starting from gate guard to room service, restuarant, everyone was rude and unprofessional. As we were travel-ling with kids, we opted for in-room dining for dinner, and can you believe they brought all the food without even covering it. We raised the issue and no one was serious enough to take care of it and next day again they served it like that. The staff was not even ready to accept that it was wrong. Would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. Simply avoid staying in combermere

Very good experience with the hospitality and cordial staff and most importantly the strategic location of the hotel with a direct access to mall road is super convenient.

Good things about the hotel. Rooms are nice, well equipped with all modern amenities. It's location right next to the mall road is a plus point. Plus an elaborate menu, proactive bell boys lots of dining options and open terrace to enjoy food and drinks. On the minus side not all rooms have a balcony and no view of the mountains from inside. You only get to see a nallah. Food is very expensive and room service and waiter service is extremely slow and poor especially considering their charges. Dj music in the hall was playing till midnight although it is not allowed beyond 10 pm.

If i segregate the service and product value for the hotel, i would say service was nice, but the quality of tangible stuff like rooms and facilities was ok at best.

I booked hotel combermere for 1 night it was a very pleasant stay there nice hotel with all the amenities restaurant cafe games area so we decided to extend our stay there and main benefit is there lift opens on mall road directly

We are not happy with the room, paid handsome amount and expecting the room with balcony as well as valley view. But received one small room without ventilation and balcony, completely dissatisfied. Rest food and other emenities was good.

Combermere is placed right on the mall road, it has a lift in the hotel itself so you are saved climbing stairs to reach room. I found it quite convenient. The hotel has three inhouse restaurants. We ate at two of them and the food was good. The place is neat and clean. It has the charm of old times with modern facilities. The room had all amenities. A cute balcony facing the lift added to the experience. The reception staff, housekeeping, dinning staff are well ***nered and friendly. I would love to repeat my stay here.
