Hotel Fairmount Shimla Forest Greens, Shimla

Service was good. Rooms were good and hygienic. Covid 19 protocols were strictly followed. Dinner was good. Breakfast needs a little improvement. Its a bit far from mall road, guests should have their own convenience to travel.

Great experience. The Staff was very courteous and helpful. The stay was very comfortable. Good food Nice and clean room. The hotel is a very peaceful area but well connected by local convene also. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and great holiday..

Fairmount shimla. Nice place to stay, neat & clean with good food and nice hospitality. Located nearby Mall road(nearly 2km). Clam place with healthy environment. Outdoor seating available which is nice attraction in hotel with good rooms.

We stayed in fairmount for 3 nights.it’s a old property and located in midst of deodar trees.Very beautiful scenic beauty .stay was pleasant .Rooms very warm with good heaters.Food is the highlight here .We enjoyed all our meals here.Very good staff .They were so considerate and warm to make sure that we get warm food even if we come little late .Every member of the staff is very helping including the hotel ***ager Kajal.She was very friendly and approachable .The location of hotel is in midst of the city so most of the places are commutable .This property is a very old one hence the furnishings are little old .Overall we had a good stay .Good place for family stay.

This is a wonderful hotel with such caring and genuinely . The food was delicious and dining on the terrace with the beautiful trees and under the moonlight was so nice to relax to. Thank you to each one of the staff for making our stay so memorable. I appreciate all your attentiveness and politeness.

Good property. Good food. Service is good. Staff is friendly and cater to your requests. The view from the property is amazing,it's quiet and serene. A must visit property in Shimla and it's close to Mall road and caters to your need of peaceful stay.

The service was very good. And the sunrise view from the balcony was very mesmerizing. All the amenities in the room are working. As a group of friends we enjoyed a lot. And this place a little far away from Mall road so here you can enjoy a peaceful vibe with the nature.

Hotel was very osm,room view was amazing food was delicious & tasty. Entire staff is ver coperative & polite but Ms Kajal was very nicest person in the hotel especially his smiling is so beautiful, she handles the guest very well. Thanks Ms. kajal next time we will come to you

Good Things to Know: ( Stayed 15-18 JUne, 3 Nights @Room No, 601) ---------------------------------- - Excellent Veg & Non-Veg Food - Excellent staff, polite speaking and well behaved. Mentions: Mr Gaurav at Front Desk, Mr Bhardwaj, Mr Amit, Chef and restaurant staff - Locality is good, away from The Mall Raod, - Surrounded by tall Deodar Trees. Close to Nature - Very Good open sit-up area , you can enjoy your tea, coffee, music and drinks. Open terrace area i loved it. Bad Things To Know: -------------------------------------- - Very bad housekeeping. The room was not ready even at 4 pm on the day of check-in: I got the room at 1710 hours on 15 June - Curtains were burnt badly. Showed to housekeeping and they changed on 3rd Day - Rooms are pretty small. Not fit for 3 adults. Even I had booked a Superior room. - Staff Shortage felt. No one came to help without luggage on arrival day. - Administration needs to be improved. The main display board at the entrance is spelt as AIRMOUNT HOTEL , instead of FAIRMOUNT. - taxis to Mall Road really expensive, Mall Road is approx 3 km and it will cost Rs 500 one way - tariffs are too high , and as same as 4 star property in the same area or better area. Their per room per night prices are not justified. Overall, a basic 3 star property, with basic expectations.
