Service is very poor they have limited waiters and so in some areas of hotel they have restricted the service people go there to enjoy their vacations but they have very limited service they should make restaurant little bigger its capacity is very less we kept on waiting for 45 min for breakfast because the hall was full

We are family if 2 adult n one kid staying in premium room with balcony for 13-15june. View and location is beautiful but i did expect more from this property as we have paid 25k for 2 nights. In breakfast very limited options and they dont have any dessert/sweet option. In the name of recreation room there is one table tennis board and nothing else. Being 4star plus property it doesnt matches the standard of 4star.

I booked this hotel for my stay by seeing the pictures. Expected the rooms to be similar to what i saw, but to my surprise the hotel was exactly the same as shown in pictures. The valley view from our room was beautiful. The waiting area/lounge is very nice and cozy. 10/10 on the room service, food taste and quality, cleanliness and staff behaviour. I am really impressed. If you are planning to stay at mashobara, then this is just the right place.

Premium room with valley view was awesome It had a spacious balcony from where you can view breath taking views. Room was also spacious and was very well maintained and clean. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway far from hussle of crowd, this is the place for you. Food quality was top notch and service was good as well. Overall a very pleasant experience

The rooms are so beautiful and cozy with all the amenities. The staff is very polite and is very quick with their services. The lounge area on the top floor is beautifully decorated and designed with breathtaking views. Highly recommended.
