Worst service ever… food not cooked properly.. no light .. no cable connection ..connectivity problem … only room was spacious. Will not suggest for this hotel.

There is nothing near to hotel. I de***d for room heater. They said heater ws not working. Bad experience. Breakfast baht bura tha isse acha to bihar hi kar leta. How mmt gives more than 4 rating award.

Average stay. Comparatively new property so amenities are in good condition. Housekeeping staff stretched. Buffet breakfast average. No buffet lunch or dinner even if it’s part of your booking package. Nearby pahari dhaba provides very good, home cooked food. Parking is a problem. Only 2-3 cars can park outside the hotel. Other cars need to park road side. Average property, need to price accordingly.

I, ***** with my family, had stayed at hotel white pearl. The family suite was prior booked but the view provided was not valley view. It was disheartening. The matter was solved by the staff after a long discussion. We were provided with two rooms but not the one we wanted. The food was not up to the mark. The location was not clean. The rooms were also not clean. There were hair on the bed sheet as well as ok the blanket. It was not worth the price. Only good thing about the hotel was its staff. To conclude, it is not worth if you are staying at family suite or presidential suite. Family suite do not provide valley view just the view of road. Totally not worth it.

It’s not a 4 star at all as mentioned, pretty average food and below average service. I would not recommend to anyone.
