It is very nice experience to be here .. it is a life time experience for us. Very memorable experience as all staff is very cooperative and never said no to anything we asked for.. special thanks to arvind ***isha and ujjwal for taking care of all our eating needs.

The property has excellent location against the backdrop of unparalleled mountainous beauty. The staff is friendly, courteous and hospitable. Ms.Puja at dining hall attends everyone with due humility with her suggestions and service.The tour by the electric vehicle is somewhat unique.

Amazing Experience!! Wonderful property and best Food!! Chef Vijay was really Helpful and prepared mouth watering delicacies and really Enjoyed the food!! The service staff also were very Polite and friendly!! Great hospitality overall!!

We visit this hotel to spend a weekend and chill. Its always been a great experience and the rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. Specially thanks to Suresh from housekeeping for Excellent service too.

Had a great experience with Chef Vijay who went the extra bit to make us feel special. The property is beautiful and well kept. Special mention for Saloni and Pooja in the restaurant for making it a memorable holiday. However the pool was not heated and the bathrooms in the pool area need anti skid mats.

As good as the location , view and property is , the staff and hospitality of the staff is . Anyone moving out of their comfortable space of their home looks for these and Tavleen stands at number 1 in all these. Our 2 days stay seemed short at the end . Highly recommended for a luxurious and a comfortable vaccay !

Checked in for 3 nights on 12th May. Would have checked out after 2 had it not been a prepaid reservation. Incompetent staff refuses to perform their duties. Takes 2hours for room service and 45 minutes for buggy service. Hotel ***ager is equally useless - keeps assuring of better service but nothing changes. Additionally, only the kids pool is heated - not the main one as advertised (check pic). When we requested for the main pool to be heated, we were told that it takes too much time! Horrible experience.
