We went to restaurant for Dinner with family couple of times. Had wonderful experience. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Ambience is also nice and cozy. We enjoyed food prepared by Chef Rajkumar Bhatia. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality food in Shimla!!

It was our first visit to oberoi property. But really it was a wonderful experience. Hospitality of hotel staff was next level and food and cleanliness was excellent. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Our experience at the Cecil Oberoi Hotel was a lovely one. Our room was so comfortable with the option of choosing your own pillows. The meals with a lot to choose from. Every evening main dishes on offer changed, which was nice as we got to try different dishes. A special shout to the staff - they were brilliant! The Restaurant team were accommodating. We were impressed with Nupur's warmth and excellent customer service. She made an effort to converse with us and even remembered the way I drank my coffee. I booked in a facial and received fantastic treatment from Nelubli who did my facial. THANK YOU to the entire Team! The Wildflower Hall - a part of the Cecil Oberoi Group was a great experience too. From the regal uniform of the staff, to the High Tea to the grand rooms with intricate woodwork, everything was so immaculate. The views from outside the Hall were stunning. If you visit Shimla, don't miss out on touring the Wildflower Hall and experiencing the High Tea.

What makes The oberoi cecil best is the staff and hospitality. The personal touch of each employee makes it the best hotel. Special mention to Mr. Gaurav who arranged a surprise for my husband's birthday. Chef Raj who came personally each time we dined at the restaurant. Highly recommended...
