Radisson Kufri

We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice and great stay! The food were delicious. The service staff are all very friendly, approachable, and accommodating.Jai Verma, Vikas, Vijay,Dik****a all the front desk staff was very polit and helpfull i really appricate i love the stay snd food also good

Rooms & Hospitality is just perfect. We all are enjoy at kufri bhawna ***isha they both were good and all the staff Barry good I love this trip and this is family trip we have lots of fun we are. 20 member and 3 kids ❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

This was one of the best stay experience for me. I loved the food and other services there. Staffs were so good and friendly at Front Office and Restaurant. Rooms were spacious and with a great view. I will definitely visit them again whenever I plan my trip for Shimla.Staff ***isha ,Jeevan and Vivek Sharma was exceptional during our stay .

We had a positive experience at the Radiation Kufri . Staff very nice great humble especially miss megha guest relation.It reflects well on the quality of service provided and helps build a good reputation for the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and clean with good views.

It is beautifully placed hotel . Beautiful view and caring staff . They take care of your preference and ensure the memories are created with your experience. For us ,it was relaxing with lip smacking local food . The activities can be complimentary Thank you team !
