The key to the room was wobbly, and I couldn't open it unless I did it well. The moment I opened the room, I was a little worried about the smell, but there was a reset in each room and it was okay. I don't recommend it for cleanliness, but the food was delicious with a wide variety of foods. If you enter the pool in the morning, it is OK, but in the evening it will be a little dirty. The sauna temperature setting was low.
I complained a lot, but the meal was really satisfying

I think that the staff at check-in was a foreigner, but they were very kind and guided me to my room even though I didn't have any luggage.
The quality of the hot springs is good, and there is a hot spring bath in the room (veranda) that can be used 24 hours a day.

The sink is next to the bed and water splashes on the bed every time you wash. There is a small chair, but there is no table, so I can't have a drink. The room is so small that there is only a bed and nothing else can be placed there. Location is worst. It is difficult to go to the coast. There is no pick-up service from Shimoda Station. Buses run only once every 1-2 hours.
