ホテルに到着時 雨が降っているのに車からホテルまでの貸し出しの傘がないとの事 一歳の子供がいましたし おかげで人も荷物も雨に濡れて しまいました
こんな事は どこのホテルでも無い
シーツが穴が空いてました
チェックアウトね時間の確認を何度もされて いい気持ちではない

古い建物だが部屋はリノベされて綺麗。トイレ・洗面所は別に広くある。部屋からは海が見えるが伝線がたくさんあるので写真は綺麗に撮れない。価格的には食事が良いのでコスパ良いと思う。高級旅館ではないのをわかっていて行けば満足できるはず

一番に着き車鍵預かり移動されて、次の日出かける時見たら、雑木林みたいな狭い所にギューギューに詰めて止められていて、傷だらけ、大ショック！最後まで責任者とか車移動させた方が謝罪なしでした。 父親は待合室ソファー場所が狭いから足をぶつけ、転んでしまいけが、日本語通じないのが不便でした。お風呂は24時間だから！清掃されてない、せっかく露天風呂も楽しみに入ったら、トトロの真っ黒クロスケみたく、足、もも、お腹にくろいのがうじゃうじゃ。気持ち悪くて入れなかった。食事は良かった。布団が布団の毛が沢山飛び散り気持ち悪かった

海に近く料金も安かったことから初めて利用してみました。 宿に着くとHPでみる以上に年季の入った古い外観。不安をいただきながらも受け受けへ。露天風呂付きの部屋を利用しましたがここで問題発生。 お湯がなかなか張らず入浴するのに一苦労でした。 大浴場は脱衣場から浴室まで距離と階段があって足腰が不自由な方は苦労することが予想されます。 食事は可もなく不可もなく。 従業員さんたちの対応はよかったのでハード面の改善を切望したいところです。
