I came to Shimoda this time for a short escape from the cold. I stayed here this time. First of all, let me introduce the room.・The refrigerator is empty. And it's a little bigger. I have a lot of things I bought.・PET bottled water is not provided. Procure it yourself.・There is a kettle and tea, but there is no coffee in the room. (There is a coffee maker on the front floor instead) ・There is a number-type safe.・The room key is a lock. Don't forget to lock the door when you go out as it doesn't automatically lock.・The bath in the room is a unit bath, but I don't use it, so anything is fine.・There is only M size yukata in the room, so if you don't like it, you can pick up a different size yukata near the front desk.・There is a toothbrush.・I don't feel oldness around the water in the room. I think it was renewed.・Wi-Fi is equipped and performance is good. Next is the public bath. There are two large public baths on the 7th floor, and the men's and women's baths change over time. The large public bath on the sea side has a sauna. The large public bath on the mountain side has an open-air bath. The mountain side is slightly narrower. As a sauna lover, I was happy. I didn't use it, but there is a massage chair outside the public bath. Then comes dinner. We were served in our room. Mr. Nakai says, "Two hours as a guideline", but it doesn't have to be exactly. We drank quite slowly. The number of items is quite large. Boiled alfonsino was greasy and delicious. It has a slightly strong seasoning, so you will want to eat white rice. There was only one item, "Hmm?", But considering the price, I think it is enough quality and quantity. There is also an ice machine on the 4th floor, so feel free to drink the alcohol you brought with you. That's the advantage of in-room dining. The last is breakfast. Breakfast is buffet style at the breakfast venue on the 5th floor. It's not that big of a venue, so it doesn't have a lot of variety, but it's perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The table is large, so you can eat comfortably. Japanese side dishes are packed in something like a box, and it looks stylish. Some Western-style items are served in glasses. Isn't it cruel to say that glass should be made of plastic when the glass is made of plastic? There is also a convenience store nearby, so if you don't have enough to drink, you can go shopping in the middle of the night. However, although it is a short distance, the slope is steep, so you may get tired of going up. I had a very enjoyable stay, but there are two things that bothered me.・The check-out time is 10:00, which is rare these days. After taking a bath and eating breakfast, it will be a busy morning. I would appreciate it if you could do it at 11 o'clock.・I made a reservation for in-room dining, but the hotel recommended several times to guide me to a restaurant instead of in-room dining. We wanted to eat and drink in our room, so we declined each time. The restaurant is not compatible with men's banquets. The hotel must have taken the time and effort into consideration, but I would appreciate it if you could take a look at the attributes of the guests and sense their requests. Both the front desk and Mr. Nakai were friendly, and it was a hotel that made me want to come back again.

The room I stayed in was like a Japanese-Western style room, and it was very spacious and comfortable. The sea can be seen very clearly from the room. Perhaps it was renovated, the facility itself is old, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. The bath is relatively smaller than it looks on the internet, so I think it's better not to expect that much. For dinner, we had a meal full of red snapper in our room. This was delicious! It was unexpected to be able to eat such a variety of red snapper dishes, and they were all very delicious. We started eating around 19:30, but at 21:00, the staff secretly urged us to eat early, which is a real shame. It was a gorgeous meal with a large amount and variety, so I wanted to enjoy it slowly. The front desk staff responded to both check-in and check-out, but it was a comfortable stay with a smart response.
