This is not the Hotel in the photo added. The hotel is a reasonable Japanese style business hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly and tried to help us with the booking problem cause by Trip.com. The booking agency (Trip.com) had booked us as 6 guests and charged us accordingly. We were 4 adults and one child and were overcharged by Trip.com by 1/3 of the price (about 10,000 yen). The hotel staff were helpful but they couldn't do anything as this was a mistake by the agents not the hotel. I will be contacting Trip.com to ask for a refund of the amount they charged us in error.

下関からの韓国旅行前日に利用しました。到着が0時過ぎになってしまいましたが、駅から歩いて3分程度の便利な場所にありました。部屋は十分なスペースがあり、必要な各種アメニティはフロント前に置いてあり、また客室にはガウンも用意されていました。
コンビニも数m先にあり、チェックアウト後は荷物を預けて壇之浦や対岸の門司港レトロの観光が出来ました。
下関は国際色豊かな楽しい街です。また訪れたいです。

場所は駅そばにあるが、周囲の飲食店まではやや歩く必要がある。ホテルには駐車場があり、車で来たので助かった。部屋の設備は整っていると思った。

ベッドはふかふか、部屋も清潔でとても過ごしやすかったです。フロントの方の対応も丁寧かつ気持ちの良いものでした。ただ、3階の角の部屋だったのですが、風が強かったのもあり夜中に風でドアがバタバタ動く音がやや耳障りでした。駅からも近く、値段もリーズナブルで良いホテルです。
