The hotel staff has a good service attitude and will greet you warmly. The children's skiing lessons are great, you don't have to worry about it almost all day, and the teachers are also responsible. The hotel's buffet is slightly different every day, and there are many choices for drinking at the bar on the 3rd floor. There are also many activities in the evening. The shortcomings are that the toilet and bathroom in our room are separated, but there is no sink in the toilet. It feels inconvenient to go to the bathroom to wash hands every time after going to the toilet. The heating in the connecting corridors of the main building and the side building of the hotel is not enough, and it will feel obviously cold. There are no children's tableware in the restaurant, and there are no children's toiletries in the room. We stayed for three nights, and the room service did not replace the toothbrush, and the front desk did not deliver it after calling. After the first day, it can be clearly felt that the room cleaning and bed making are more casual, not as neat as the first day. Overall, it is worth bringing a baby to experience, and both adults and children can have a good time. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the check-in feeling is great, but the room service and some details do not seem to match the price of the hotel.
