Club Med Tomamu Hokkaido

This was my second year visiting, and I was thoroughly satisfied. All three meals were buffet style, and the hotel thoughtfully changed the menu daily, so I never got tired of the food. The kids' ski lessons were also excellent; both children and adults had a great time. This year, we also visited Minamina twice – it has swimming, a wave pool, paddleboarding, and hot springs, making it a perfect way to relax after skiing!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe and storage space. There's a wide range of activities every day, and the food is diverse, making it especially suitable for families with children. The club staff are all very friendly. Highly recommended!

The room is very clean, the view outside the window is beautiful, All-day three meals a day with unique food & local specialties There are also many activities, Smile Beach is just opposite, and it is convenient to travel

The overall location is excellent. I went in October, and although it wasn't fall foliage season, it was still very nice. In terms of outdoor environment, Hoshino is better than Club Med; you should definitely try Hoshino. Smile Beach is highly recommended for families with children. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all quite good, with different options each day, and a wide variety of desserts and fruits.

The front desk staff were unhelpful, the food was Indian and terrible – mostly strange spices and hand-eaten rice and meat. Business was terrible, so they suspended all the usual entertainment activities, though they charged the original room rate. Extremely poor value for money! And I didn't have a good time! With that money, the Hoshino Resorts next door would be much better! I don't recommend booking here; you'll waste your money and have a terrible experience!

The second time I stayed here, I took my kids skiing and it was still comfortable and worry-free. However, I felt that the room cleaners did not have a strong sense of hygiene this time. They did not change towels for several consecutive nights, and even put the bath towels we used on the shower curtain hanger! It was really a bit disgusting... I hope the hotel can strengthen its management in this regard... The environment is very good! Powder snow paradise! The scenery is amazing! GO is also great. We did not follow the group class, but hired a one-on-one ski coach. Both of them were great. I met coach Lily when I came in February, and I met her again this time. The children were super happy! Great progress! I can already ski the black trail~ I will come again next year! I also want to emphasize the hotel meals, which are really superb. In addition, the sea urchins I ordered are unparalleled in value for money!
