"The front desk staff at the hotel camp and the restaurant employees were all very friendly, proactive, and full of smiles. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Dinner was a BBQ, which was excellent, with chicken, lamb, and vegetables. Breakfast was a Japanese set meal and was also tasty. Outside the camp, there's a large, relaxed space and photo ops for guests, giving kids plenty of room to play. The main hotel building is surrounded by cabins and glamping tents, all of which are unique, comfortable, and pleasantly surprising – amazing! Our cabin had two floors; the upstairs tatami area was very cozy, while the downstairs main hall and bathroom (including toilet) were small but clean. For convenience, as four adults, we went to bed early to set off, and it only took a 5-minute drive to reach the foot of the Hoshino Unkai Terrace mountain to catch the cable car and enjoy the sea of clouds. This 'one-night, two-meals' package made our stay very enjoyable and is excellent value for money! We would definitely stay again! It's perfect for those traveling by car. Highly recommended!"

"It's hard to describe, especially when I opened the small refrigerator. Such a big house, with such a high price, but the small refrigerator is empty. This is the rhythm of making every penny! You know, the small supermarket downstairs closes at 10 o'clock, and it's far to go to the restaurant. There are no 24-hour beverage machines everywhere in Japan. In short, the snow outside is very beautiful, and the indoor facilities are very bad."

"The quality of the hot spring water was exceptionally good. There were stink bugs, which might have been unavoidable given the season, but I'm not good with insects, so getting rid of them before going to sleep was a real struggle. I was happy that I could choose my shampoo and conditioner."

The service is also very good, although I wasn't quite used to the hotel's policy of requiring staff to eat with guests. After all, it feels a bit awkward to have an extra person at a family gathering. The facilities are complete, a bit dated, but there are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, which is really nice.
