如果要說唯有房間有點奇怪，廁所很細沒有浴室如廁後洗手要跨過他他米到露台邊，露台像很久沒有清潔，房間及露天浴池近河邊可以聽見流水聲環境不差，

Good value with exceptional service
We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel.
Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration.
The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced.
Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value.
We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

温泉やレストランはコスパとマッチしていましたので、また出かけてみたいです。
特に露天風呂の熱さと外気浴が気にいりました。レストランのサービスは外国の方でしたが、とても丁寧でした。
一点気になったのが、お部屋の下水道の臭いが酷かったです。

静岡県の新城の温泉にきました！ 川の流れと自然に囲まれた温泉が魅力的な所です。 今回は貸切風呂とランチが付いたコースを頂きました。 お肉中心のランチも美味しく、貸切風呂も一人でゆっくりできました。 和風の年期が入ったお風呂がほんとに素敵で、外には川が流れていて、みみをすませば川の流れの音が聞こえます。 I visited an onsen in Shinshiro, Shizuoka Prefecture! It's a charming place, surrounded by nature and the flow of a river. This time, I opted for a package that included a private bath and lunch. The lunch, which was mainly meat dishes, was delicious, and I was able to relax by myself in the private bath. The Japanese-style bath, showing signs of wear, was truly lovely, and outside, there was a flowing river. If you listen carefully, you can hear the sound of the water flowing.

ほんとは3.5 古い施設なので、人によっては、まったくだめな方もいると思う。虫と、古い建物につきものの、匂いや汚れがある。でも、スタッフの方の対応もいいし、温泉も良かった。食事の量も丁度よかった。こはくちゃんも可愛かったし、私は満足。 トイレはちょっと古すぎ。ほとんど和式。何箇所もあるのだから、１箇所くらい、新しくしてほしい。

A hotel in Yuya Onsen. This hotel is affiliated with the Hazu Group and is located on the opposite bank of the Hazuki Yahazu Annex. Use only for bathing when using affiliated inns. From 1300 men used the open-air bath. The open-air bath is just around the corner where you can see the Umase Rock, and you can see the flow of the mountain stream, making it a superb view.
