"The hospitality was incredibly attentive, and I was able to relax and enjoy my meal! Thank you so much. Personally, what impressed me the most was the meal. It was my first time having a medicinal cuisine course (in a good way!), and I was deeply moved to have such a wonderful culinary experience in Shinshiro, a city in Aichi Prefecture that's quite different from Nagoya. It might not be a place that people often choose as a travel destination, but I highly recommend everyone visit!"

"The hotel is amazing. We stayed for one night, got a lot of impressions. The room was very spacious, consisting of two rooms. One room had places to admire the forest and the mountain river! The room had thermoses with hot and cold water, two types of tea and a set for brewing. A set of clothes (yukata, socks). A refrigerator, air conditioner, air purifier or humidifier. In the evening, while we were having dinner, they made our beds, we slept like logs) The kaiseki dinner was amazing, very diverse tastes, we ate until we burst, to be honest. Breakfast was also very rich! The hot springs are very nice, only 3 types, 1 of them in the open air. The only thing is that one was very hot for me, I could not even go into it, but I sat in the others with pleasure. The hotel owners are very nice and sweet, they met us, gave us tea and sweets, showed us where we could walk and have lunch (we arrived before check-in). The village itself is very picturesque, it's nice to walk around the area!"

"Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there."

"The room is a traditional Japanese style room, the room is large, but there is no shower or bathtub, only a toilet and a sink. To take a bath, you need to go to the bathhouse near the hotel. The room was really big, had heating and the bed was very comfortable. Hot springs: There are open-air baths and indoor baths, both of which are switched to men's/women's baths at different times of the day, which is quite fair. The outdoor temperature was 5℃ that day, and it was really comfortable to soak in the open-air bath! The hotel is located in the valley with beautiful scenery. Meals: One night and two meals. There are Fenglai Niu."
