It was my first time having a medicinal cuisine course (in a good way!), and I was deeply moved to have such a wonderful culinary experience in Shinshiro, a city in Aichi Prefecture that's quite different from Nagoya. It might not be a place that people often choose as a travel destination, but I highly recommend everyone visit!"
