I have stayed here many times and I really like this one-stop service hotel where I don’t have to worry about anything, buffets for three meals a day, enthusiastic ski instructors, and free high-level performances in the evening.

A very good stay and skiing experience! Come back next time if you have a chance [Rose] First of all, it is so considerate to have Chinese service when you arrive at the store👍Special thanks to NaNa for the warm hospitality Secondly, the room is very big and full of Japanese style. There is also a traditional Japanese bath and sauna in the hotel, which is quite comfortable. Furthermore, you can choose from group lessons or private lessons for skiing. I booked a private lesson on the spur of the moment, and the coach even helped take photos. Finally, there are two restaurants for food, both buffet and ordering. It's a pity that this trip is a bit short. I will leave more time next time❄️❄️❄️

Fantastic ski resort for the family! A typical Club Med experience with activities scheduled for the whole day. Not to mention the unlimited booze, day and night. Group ski lessons are included as well and the instructors were very professional, well trained and patient. Lessons were very fun and instructors were humorous! A big shout out to Jardin! You are awesome! The Guest Officers definitely made the difference. They encouraged us to take part in activities, dance with us, dine with us and made sure we are not left alone. Special shout out to Stefan and Yoli! Not only u made us feel welcome, but we became friends! Overall, a great and unforgettable vacation! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our ski trip in March 2024 was truly remarkable, thanks to our ski classes with instructors Jardine (1st day) and Bara (2nd and 3rd day). Bara, in particular, stood out with her exceptional talent and clear, simple explanations. Everyone in our group benefitted greatly from her instruction during the two-day training, I feel safe when skiing under her supervision and can't wait to ski with her again next winter! ClubMed truly lives up to its reputation as the best in the world for activities. Our days and nights in the village were filled with joy and excitement. The talented and friendly staff, like Logan, who effortlessly entertains on stage (affectionately nicknamed Mr. PSY for his rendition of Gangnam Style), and Tanjung, who captivates our son with his leadership in kids' activities (fondly known as Mr. Dragon for his playful antics in a dragon suit), left a lasting impression. Every night, the entire staff wowed us with performances like the mesmerizing Taiko drum show, lively dance performances, and jaw-dropping acrobatics. Our experience was truly unforgettable. We received excellent support from Nana (GO) and the helpful girls at the shop when renting ski suits and purchasing goggles and T-shirts and staff at ski gear shop. In fact, every staff member in every area was incredibly kind and supportive. We're already looking forward to returning!

This was the first family ski holiday, and we picked Club Med especially for the format of the holiday and the specific holiday service they provided. Organising a family holiday is hard enough without adding skiing into the mix but the Team at Club Med Sahoro - Hokkaido nailed it! I echo a lot of what has already been said in the previous reviews. Quality and variety of the food was excellent, Ski instruction was also excellent and thoughtful (not snobby at all). Depending on your level, the runs were all achievable after tuition. We went with friends and our children were of a similar age (6 and 9 years of age). When we left them at 8:30am for ski school we didn’t see them until they returned in the afternoon at 3pm. More importantly they loved it when they came back! My son and daughter started with zero skiing experience and were both skiing confidently within 3 days. I like the way Club Med grade their ability which keeps them motivated to achieve more and more importantly, positive to achieve more. I had to remember that the majority of the Club Med G.O's were very still young adults themselves. They came and sat down at lunch (totally understand that at times that must be a bore for them depending on how they feel) and interacted with the guests. They all had excellent conversational skills and seemed like all very well rounded individuals - fantastic life skills to have and hone at such a place. The GOs also were heavily involved in the guest evening entertainment as well. Sounds cheesy but it was sincerely fun and I hope they enjoyed doing it as much as we enjoyed watching it. Great Trivia (as we won) and karaoke night. What I really liked about this Club Med resort was that it was smaller compared to other ski resorts I have been to (mostly in Europe though). They always seem hectic with everyone fighting for space and queuing for ski lifts. I know we went at the end of the season but the ‘vibe’ at this place was just right for us and our first skiing holiday… welcoming, unpretentious, relaxed. So well done to Brandon and all the team there. You did it well !!!! Thanks to all The G.O.s but the ones we mostly interacted with when we were there and want to say special thanks to are Ben (adult ski instruction), Craig (adult ski and drinking instruction) , James (kids ski instruction), Pauline (kids ski instruction), Shiho (kids organisation), Bara (Adult ski instruction), Dan G (no skiing but nice chap and good luck in Aberdeen), Dodo (kids ski instruction), Charlie (adult ski instruction), Henry (adult ski instruction), Heather (kids ski instruction) and Aya (kids ski instruction).

An unforgettable experience - we spent a highly enjoyable 5 nights at the resort. Plenty of skiing, eating and drinking. It snowed on several days and ski conditions were wonderful. My husband who's a more experienced skiier said the slopes are not too challenging but he enjoyed it nonetheless and even had a very illuminating private ski lesson. As we went during the Singapore March school holidays, it was a little confronting at first to see sooo many Singaporeans there are the same time but soon it just felt...familiar! In fact, we met 3 families we knew from home (!!) and made many new friends. We did have some drama with our arrival where we were left with no clear instructions on what to do when we landed (had expected someone to meet us and after an hour managed to find our way to the tour desk only to be told we had just missed the shuttle bus). Fortunately this was resolved. Another little drama occurred over our daughter being 'demoted' at ski school - she is a little terror but we did not think it was handled well. Again however, all was resolved after speaking with the instructor etc. Just some things to take note of I suppose which just very slightly marred an otherwise perfect holiday. We will no doubt return. The team were excellent, my ski instructors were patient, brilliant, amazing.

Great place for family vacation with kids. Skiing is super convenient with ski rental, lockers, entrance to ski slope, ski classes all right at the resort. Ski classes are flexible ie we usually did our separate classes in the morning and then went skiing as a family in afternoon. The ski pistes are a good mix of beginner to more advanced. We went in the final week of the season, and got lucky with weather and snow. The pistes were very empty, but it apparently doesn’t get crowded even during peak season. All-inclusive buffet meals have good variety including healthy options. Resort team is great - shout-out to Jean in Transport, and Ben, Tomas, Heather among the ski instructors.

It’s our first family skiing holiday and we are so glad to book it in Club Med Sahoro. The entire team was just absolutely amazing. We really had a great time as a family. Friendly international team, great hospitality, scenic view, delicious food and drinks. Holiday is all about having a great time with the family and meeting lovely people along the way. Hats off Club Med Sahoro staff with a special mention to those who really made our skiing holiday unforgettable! Charlie thank you for teaching me and my kids on how to ski on our beginner class, and because of you we are not terrified of skiing now 😍 and you are Joshua’s favourite instructor, Dodo thank you for reminding us to smile and just have fun on skiing, Michael and Craig thank you for your warmth welcome. To all the Chef who works so hard to serve a yummy food. Kerre, Hugo, and Hamim in the restaurant. Moti, Ferry and Ginny in the bar. And of course thank you Mai for making sure Samantha had a great time at kids club. Til next time ❤️❤️❤️
