我是自駕遊在白濱住了兩間溫泉酒店。呢間Seamore環境一流，無邊際泳池同浸腳池個景影相一流。晚上包的自助晚餐也比較出色多選擇。缺點是沒有私人泡池房。

I personally think the service is average. There is not even drinking water in the room. The beautiful yukata 👘 and toiletries have to be picked up in the lobby, and there is a time limit. The summer hot spring time is 5-10 o'clock and 13-25 o'clock. There is a sign in front of the bathroom that the open-air pool on the bottom floor may be seen by the extension platform from 8-16:30. There are toothbrushes and ordinary yukatas in the room. The bakery in the lobby has very delicious bread, coffee and free water. I think the hygiene is average. The Japanese-style room I booked is old and old, and there are some black traces of mold in some places. There are bugs near the foot bath and the outdoor bath, not in the bath. The foot bath and swimming pool are outside the lobby, and the sunset is beautiful. There is another big problem. The signal in the room at night is super poor. I change the network again and again, but it is very slow. Shirahama Station has a free shuttle bus every hour from 2 to 5 pm. The driver leaves on time. I missed the bus at 4 o'clock and waited at the station until 5 o'clock.

非常失敗的選擇。以為2900一晚的房間應該是度假型酒店，結果大失所望，絕對不值這個價格。
服務基本靠自助。沒有人拿行李。
自助餐尤其的差，包括早餐和晚餐，從品質到數量都很差，沒有什麼吃的。
部分服務人員素質低下，惡劣到在日本酒店很少見到。已投訴。總經理有受理和道歉，我們離店的時候有寒暄幾句。
有很多當地旅行團團客。
整體來説這家酒店的管理不能達到好酒店的標準，服務太缺失了。不會再去。
唯一亮點是酒店的日式餐廳很不錯，環境跟食物都不錯，在那邊吃了兩個滿意的晚餐，喝到了好的清酒🍶。
