Amazing hotel with the great service. Probably the best that I have visited in China so far. We got the upgrade for free because I booked the wrong room by mistake :). All the staff is trying to make your stay as best as possible, gym and spa area looks wonderfull. Definetely we will come again!

The only good thing about Dongya business hotel is its location. It is close to the city center and the public transportation, which makes it convenient to explore the area. However, the hotel itself is very disappointing and unpleasant.

The customer service reminded that the restaurant of the hotel is under renovation, and I don't mind, but the workers start work at 8 o'clock on time, which is a bit early, so there is no need to adjust the alarm clock. I am very satisfied with the gym. You can enter with the room card. It is fully equipped and open from 10 am to 10 pm. Although the location is not in the city center, Shishi City is not too far away, and travel is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is also a night market that is only open at night. It is also very close to the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.

Staying at the Bellevue Hotel proved that I made the right choice. The lady at the hotel front desk was very polite and the check-in was very fast, all the way to the elevator. There is free afternoon tea in the hotel lobby, with a variety of varieties, including instant noodles. It felt good to take a break and have afternoon tea. The room is super large, and the hotel has a parking lot. Although there are not many parking spaces, you can basically park it. The parking lot is on the second floor. You need to walk to the lobby on the first floor and take the elevator, which is a little inconvenient. The hotel has done a good job in making the service details more convenient. Free desserts are provided in the evening. Before leaving, I found that the security guard had actually cleaned the car, which was so considerate. The hotel's breakfast is also good. You can try the freshly cooked noodles and freshly squeezed vegetable juices, which are quite unique.

It's right next to a crossroad in the city center, so the traffic is of course very convenient. Although the parking lot is not big, it feels very safe in the ba*****t. However, the decoration is relatively old, and the maintenance of the facilities is relatively poor, especially the noise of the air conditioner in the room is ridiculous. After complaining to the front desk, I just asked the room attendant to take a look, and then I was told: all the same, no need to fix, no I have to change rooms, turn off the air conditioner if I don't want to be noisy...

Good service experience and good hygiene Talk about something that is not good enough 1. There are no charging stations in the parking lot 2. There is no laundry room (there is paid laundry) 3. Operating accommodation and catering at the same time, there is no parking space for hotel guests. If there is no parking space during the peak meal period, it is very annoying. If this is inevitable, the hotel should tell the guests in advance that they will travel during off-peak hours.

As a manager working at the 5 star hotel in Shanghai, I am very responsible to say that the facilities management services of your hotel can be called excellent. I have a lot of surprises. I feel that the price is quite cost-effective for this price. Talk about the shortcomings: the hotel's buffet breakfast is really not flattering, it is not bad to be full. Overall, I will choose to stay again.
