I used it when I returned to Japan. The room was compact but enough for a rest. There is a Family Mart on the first floor, so you can get anything you need there. The bus from the airport requires a reservation, but you can also leave your suitcase there, which was convenient.

We stayed here the night before because we were leaving Narita Airport early in the morning. It's about a 10-minute walk from Keisei Narita Station. If you're too late, the nearby Aeon stores will be closed, so be careful. It's best to buy your groceries around Narita Station before going. The shuttle bus to the airport is good if you can time it, but we didn't use it because we were there late at night and early in the morning. The bed is soft and fluffy, so you can sleep well.
