Albergo di regime, fatiscente e disastrato, l'intonaco casca dai muri, i letti sono scomodi, bagno pulito ma sarebbe dovuto essere ristrutturato almeno vent'anni fa.. lo scaldabagno x la doccia è installato dentro il bagno senza molti dispositivi di sicurezza.. in tutto questo, è pure segnato 4 stelle ... c'è sicuramente di meglio.. l'unica cosa positiva è il prezzo basso.. Per essere in una città importante, si potrebbe investire per renderlo un albergo migliore, anche perché in albania le ristrutturazioni non costano certo come in italia

Arrived at the hotel in a very cool reception as outside was very hot! We got to our rooms which were 28o and unbearable. I informed the girl on reception who could not care less. She was rude, disinterested and did not do anything to help except tell us to wait. She eventually informed another gentleman who came to our room and said everything was working perfectly and left despite it being 28o. We were in a group and everybody complained about the temperature in the rooms. The fact that they only give you a bottom sheet with a folded one at the bedroom of the bed, to use if desired, shows they know the rooms are hot. Do not waste your money in this hotel with staff that simply aren’t interested in customers.

Otel merkezi konumda ve buyuk bir otel. Yemekleri guzel, odalar harika, temiz ve duzenli. Çalisanlar cok ilgili. Mini bar var dolu ancak ucretli ama fiyatlar abartili degil. Odaya gelirken su almanizi tavsiye ederim. Ufak su var ve o da ucretli.

Mooie koele lobby met prettige bar. De kamers waren wat klein en de airco was matig en maakte veel lawaai. De bedden sliepen prima. Het hotel is prima gelegen midden in de stad en je loopt zo de straat in met alle eettentjes. Heel gezellig. Verder is er een prima parkeergelegenheid voor de deur.

My experience at Rozafa Hotel was far from satisfactory. For the price paid, the quality and service fell short of expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. There was a lack of communication about check-in procedures, and I felt rushed through the process without any explanation of hotel facilities or amenities.
