Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea

The hotel on the Dead Sea is a family trip. We booked two rooms and upgraded the two connected sets. Walking down to the beach, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and the security is very strict. Food outside is not allowed, maybe because the restaurant is very big and has a lot of food, but it’s possible. Not very Chinese taste but overall recommendable
Movenpick Dead Sea Jordan

What a contrast to the Movenpick I visited earlier in my trip at Petra. This was a luxury hotel, the hotel is laid out as a small village ultimately leading down to a private beach on the Dead Sea. Its unique layout means a small map is useful and given on check in. I only stayed 4 nights, but had a lovely room, very well soundproofed, very clean and fitted out to a decent standard. It was a perfect way to spend a few days before returning home. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is impressive. Even days in I was finding new things, like a Jacuzzi right next to my room! The hotel has a few swimming pools. A larger family one, with a bar and closer to the beach a smaller adults only pool. My only downside would be why music has to be constantly at the pools. It did seem a bit over the top. During my stay I also booked the Spa and had a very relaxing massage, the choice was substantial with loads of options. The one I chose was 50 mins for 85 Dinas (£110) and the layout and spec of the spa was one of the best I’ve seen. The hotel food was a mix, in the evenings a choice of Buffett for 26 Dinas (£35) or a trip to the restaurant village which has a Grill, an Italian & a Chinese to pick from. The only issue was eating at the restaurant village they have a band/belly dancer and the volume is so loud it’s impossible to talk to anyone else at the table. It’s a shame as it’s a nice idea, but just so incredibly loud. I found lunches could be a mixed bag too, beach bars seemed a lot of money for the limited menu, but the bar near reception, the Al-Khayyam bar seemed as good as any with a decent choice for about 15 Dinas (£20) Overall I really liked the hotel, it’s somewhere I would return. They are trying to appeal to a large market of families, couples & singles, with cultural differences from Western, Eastern and Arabic guests, so I’d take that into account booking here too.
Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa

I checked in before the Mid-Autumn Festival. The hotel environment is good. I experienced floating on the Dead Sea. I was a little pressed for time and didn't have time to experience the spa. It's a pity. I will go there next time if I have a chance.
Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa

the check in process is not clear instructed or at same level as the one in Amman, which cause us some confusion on both parking and luggage delivery to the room. however the buffet breakfast and dinner are good offered at quality and quantity. dead sea floating at hotel's area is good experienced in early morning due to less crowd poeple as well as the sea waves. shower in the room is ok. sea view at our room s terrace is satisfied. you may also enjoy quite good sea view at lobby. the main swimming pool is quite popular during the day.
