Unfortunately I was here for business so I did not select my hotel. The rooms are small; there was no space to fully open my suitcase. I was there for two weeks. It would probably be ok for a weekend trip, but not more. The worst part was probably no air conditioning and I was on a very high floor. The option was sweat to death at night or leave the window open and get eaten by mosquitoes. It was very unpleasant. As for the cleaning, I only got service about once every five days. Once when I came back there was a sugar packet wrapper in my sink, the trash wasn't taken out and the towels/toilet paper wasn't replaced so I had to go down and ask for it at the desk. It looked like someone stopped mid cleaning.

I chose the Olympic Hotel as it was closed to the clinic where I underwent a surgery. I want to share my positive feedback for the highly professional service provided by Eric, the evening staff member at the Reception. Eric made sure I had all I needed to spend a comfortable night, and ti attend my medical check on my departure date. For the rest, the property is cosy and the breakfast includes a good variety of food. Rooms are not big, but for Paris' average prices it remains a good deal. Hotel recommended from me :)

We stayed at Residnece Aurmat from 31/5-7/6 in 2023 for French Open at the Roland Garros. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to travel in the southern quiet part of Paris. In particular, if you are planning to watch French Open, this is an ideal hotel:10 minutes walk to Roland Garros. If you are traveling over Paris, the Metro is within 5 minutes’ walk. You feel safe to walk even at 10pm in the evening. In the daytime, you could stroll along the road leisurely and buy souvenirs. You can also find nice bakery shops nearby for breakfast. There is a flea market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Don’t miss! Good bargain buys! The hotel room is admittedly small but it has everything in, ranging from a small kitchen, TV, small but a clean bathroom and above all, a very comfortable bed. The owner, David, is most helpful. Many thanks, David! Philip Hong Kong

Outstanding
GGuest UserWas visiting Paris to watch the tennis at Roland Garros. The hotel is reasonably priced for the amenities/time of the year. Breakfast was pretty good and front desk was very helpful with the multitude of questions (with some good hearted banter at a point) given my first time in Paris. Bonus brownie points for the pre-printed directions/travel options to get to Roland Garros which was at a very walkable distance and simple.
This was a business trip and I stayed two non concurrent nights so I got to experience two different rooms. First room was way smaller than expected. I could not fully walk in with my luggage without ending up in the bathroom. However, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Shower door needed some work and reading light fell out the wall. Otherwise a good room for a one night stay. The expectations for the second room weren’t high given the experience with the first. However, the room was much bigger and in better condition. The hotel is close to Paris, the metro, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. It was a very convenient location. The parking lot was not available so I did have to pay for street parking which was a little challenging to find at times. Overall, good experience. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. I would recommend
Had a really great stay here, and great value too! Spacious & very comfortable room, with an excellent bed, matress and possibly the world’s most fluffy pillows to sleep on. Thanks to the host Guillaume for all the amazing Paris recco’s as well. We had the best time and will be back to check out the hotel’s rooftop bar which we didn’t manage to do this time around.
It's a rather tired apart-hotel, which is however quite alright if your goal is to attend an event in a walking distance from that hotel (which was our case). Pros: - location (when applicable) - functional rooms - not too noisy Cons: - staff was not really into customer service (could be they were tired though - we were checking in late in the evening) - the hotel could definitely use a bit of renovation
GGuest UserWas hesitant at first due to the location but now have found my new favourite hotel in Paris. The rooms are excellent. I chose the cheapest option and found myself with a huge king size bed, Nuxe amenities, lovely Sagafreddo coffee, thick gorgeous towels and nice closet space. The lighting is exceptional. Bright reading lights on both sides of the bed. There is not a desk but a table for computer work. As I was on vacstion this was not an issue. Breakfast was unbelievable. The choice of cheeses, chacuterie, pastries and hot dises was wonderful. Lots of fresh fruit from strawberries to peaches to fresh juices. Absolutely include the breakfast option. Pool was wonderful. Full sun, spectacular city scape views and beautifully maintained. There is a small fitness room with cardio machines.Kids were really enjoying it. But most of all the staff. I am currently at the hotel and in 2 days meeting reception, breakfast and pool staff, every last one has had an easy politeness and proactive service that made me feel very, very welcome. Unlike other hotels, one often hears guests arguing or problems, here at Mercure everyone seems incredibly happy. Staff set the mood and they do it so well. Management should be incredibly proud to have assembled such an excellent team. The nearest Metro is aout 5 mi utes walk and it will take you anywhere easily. Over the years I have been to Paris many times. My needs have changed. As I have gotten older I need fewer frills. I can honestly say I have not enjoyed a hotel so much snce we stayed at Hotel Royal Monceau almost 50 years ago. Back then it was an Aga Khan-owned CIGA hotel!and the mood was the same. Mercure Boulogne Billancourt has created the same mood of high luxury on a much more cost effective budget. In particular the night reception gentleman is lovely. I wake up early so we had a chance to have a short chat. With prople like him on the team you will have an excellent stay. The surrounding area has enough restaurants, bakeries to keep one happy. Be sure to check out the Kahn Garden and the Museum of the 1930’s. And as there are very few tourists, one gets the feeling of a real French neighbourhood.
Enjoy the area it was clean and attractive and safe area in Paris. it’s a great place to stay and the travel into downtown Paris is about 20 minutes. The metro is very close and note that it can be crowded especially at city centre. A lot of people take this route. Hotel was clean and quiet, bed was comfy.
GGuest UserVery convenient location. Metro line 9 station Porte de Saint Cloud is across the road. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Clean rooms though not very big sufficient for 1 or couple. Breakfast is good. Coffee is complementary through out. Have a small bar and some basic food. Locality is good and restaurants, stores are available in walking distance. Enjoyed my stay.
丁丁志伟The room is really small, it has a fight with the hotel in Hong Kong, but it is very clean, but the sound is not very good, a few Indians next door, three speeches are loud. It’s convenient nearby
GGuest UserFacilities: Good, but no slippers
Health: OK
Environment: Very clean, but a little noisy along the road
Service: OK, but others can take the room card at will, which is a bit confusing
Hotel very well located and a stone's throw from the metro. 10 minutes from the trocadero.... quiet. Very friendly welcome, we arrived at 11 a.m. no problem getting the room. Nice hotel, well maintained. Drinks, fruit juices, coffees, tea...unlimited day and night at reception, don't hesitate to come down and help yourself. The rooms are a little small but pleasant, impeccable soundproofing on the street side we heard no noise, on the corridor side, no noise. Impeccable and pleasant bedding. Downside in the bathroom, there were hairs left in the shower, and for us there was a lack of large bath towels. All-you-can-eat breakfast, copious and not. We'll come back!
