I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with good facilities. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay, making check in and general requests smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable and comfortable option for a short stay.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, the room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the facilities were well maintained. Outstanding service and hospitality throughout—we would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic relaxing one night stay. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The food in the Scotts bar was amazing. And the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back again. The use of the spa facilities and towels was an added bonus.

Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant casino on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the casino was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

We had a really pleasant stay. It's a very clean hotel and all the staff are friendly especially the cleaning team who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We upgraded to the room that had AC on arrival and unfortunately it did not work. We informed the team immediately and they supplied us with a fan. Our room was unbearably hot, we couldn't spend any more than half an hour getting changed or relaxing due to the intense heat. We were told someone would be out to fix the AC the following morning of our first day, which they didn't and we were not provided with a new room until our last night. We fully understand that the hotel was full but we paid for an upgrade we did not get to use and were not offered a refund or solution. The breakfast was brilliant with good vegetarian options and the pool was clean with towels supplied. The burgundy bar was excellent with well priced drinks and excellent lunch options.

Stayed for one night, was lovely sitting outside in the garden area having a beer. Rooms were fine. Gym is needing an update The receptionist ladies were lovely. Would stay again 👍

The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful. Our room was spacious and the bathroom had a lovely large shower. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was delicious and hot, buffet style with cereals and pastries too.

The receptionists provide great service, along with the waiters in the restaurant. The rooms provided everything you need and more. The beds were extremely comfortable. We cannot fault the food at all. The dinner and breakfast were both extremely tasty, cooked to perfection and brilliantly presented. The only downfall was on checkout when we were asked to pay for our child's dinner, even though we had booked half board for 2 adults and 1 child (3 guests) but hopefully getting this resolved. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient. There are no good transportation facilities, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. You need to walk for a while to reach the bus station and restaurants. The hotel's front desk clerk was very nice, but the hotel did not provide comprehensive equipment, such as slippers and hairdryers.
