The Residence Service Apartment

This five-storey serviced apartment is located near the 304 Industrial Estate in Si Mahapot District, eastern Prachinburi Province (diagonally opposite Lotus). Due to its location, it seems that many of the guests are long-term employees of companies in the 304 Industrial Estate. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of large shopping centres such as Big C and Lotus, as well as restaurants, and is only a few minutes' drive from the 304 Industrial Estate. The hotel and rooms have few common spaces and are not decorated with the glamorous style of a hotel, but the rooms are highly functional, and the higher-grade rooms are equipped with DVD players and microwaves. Si Mahapot District is located almost halfway along Route 304 from Chachoengsao to Korat, and this hotel, which offers comfortable rooms and a rich breakfast, can also be considered a stop on the way to Korat. By the way, I was impressed by the friendly greetings of the maids every time I passed them in the hallway.

The weather is good, quiet, clean, safe, not far from the market and lots of places to eat, rooms are not expensive. It is best to recommend staying here in 304. Traveling between Korat and Kabil Buri is not too far from the hotel. And it's only 2 hours from Suvarnabhumi Airport. There are no parades, delicious breakfast.
