The facilities in the park need to be rented by groups and are suitable for school groups. The service is very bad, my car broke down.. the staff doesn't know the road closest to the room I booked ☹️ I had to walk a long way to get to my booking room.. I checked in at 3 o'clock but I was only able to enter the room at 4 o'clock.. it's so far away and you walk in the rain while Sya's room is very close to the lobby following the middle path

The service is very bad, my car broke down.. when is the closest time to go to my room? The booking staff showed me the way which is very far away. in the afternoon but it was 4 o'clock so I was able to enter the room because there were not enough staff to clean the room I booked ☹️

I booked a room above a swimming pool which now is change to kayak activity . Tempat ni banyak nyamuk because pool tu tak bersih and nyamuk membiak . Not recommended . Maybe different room ok kot . Dalam bilik okay cuna banyak taik cicak . Tandas bersih . Staff friendly . No helper upon checkin to carry your bags ye
