It took some times checking in even I arrived after 2PM, the rooms were still cleaning, maybe lacking staff?

Good service

It is a hotel with the best value for money, and I liked the attitude of the staff more than anything. The hotel is decent for the price and the breakfast is great.

Charming hotel, friendly helpful staff, huge room, comfortable bed, cool air-con, great breakfast. Large outdoor pool - unfortunately too warm but not much the hotel can do about that. Gym too if so inclined. Not too far from Pub St but would recommend taking a tuk tuk.

This hotel was the favourite of all the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam and Cambodia. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are really lovely and they were very clean and the meals were very good. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and when we sat in the huge lobby a staff member would immediately bring a cooling fan over to us. There was always a small fleet of tuk tuks outside the hotel to take you into town as it was too far to walk. If we were to return to Cambodia we would definitely pick this hotel again.
